Shaved the other day with the "barber" scent of The Stroppe Shop shave soap. Not bad, not bad at all............Likes a dry brush. Got some Alvaro Gomez shave cream coming from Spain next week....Anxious to try

This thread is full of win. I am very new to wet shaving, but I can immediately see this urge to buy and try all these soaps and creams that everyone keeps talking about. Every time I open up a new thread, it is some mention of a new soap, or a new blade. Now, the razor and brush can get to be pretty pricey, but the soaps and creams are negligible when you consider how many uses you can get out of it, and they really aren't that badly priced. It's like they "want" us to buy more than we can ever use, just to try each of them out. I get it. I don't think I will ever get to be as bad just because of other habits and a wife that would keep me in order, but I see where the urge comes from. Like a Pokemon trainer, "gotta try 'em all!"
I will take an educated guess here and state that Jeff copied & pasted that list from another source (file) he has. Or maybe he just loves to type!
