Yes, I have had my eye on one but can't justify the cost when I already have 12 brushes. I recently sold my Plisson (different sytle). They are pretty to look at but do not perform any better than a Simpsons.
Of course they don't. I doubt there's a brush out there that "performs" any better than a C&E BBB. I mean, all we're trying to do is make lather and somehow get it where it needs to be, right? But ADs are ADs and ya gotta love 'em! I have only seven brushes so I have some catching up to do. Though I suspect Peter is relatively safe. When I first introduced myself at B&B, I actually said this (you can look it up)..... I WANT only one brush, I NEED only one brush, I will BUY only one brush. Or not. Hmm...Tulip? PJ? The gray is about $190 (same as a Simpson T3). The black is about $90, but rumor has it that it doubles as a wire brush.
