Handsome photo. From the shadows I'm guessing you didn't use a lightbox, but with the neutral background it works well. Highly reflective surfaces are difficult to photograph without revealing out of shot background. On the razor cap, right end, I can just make out a peak of what was behind the white stage.
Thanks! I was using a very basic light tent with two lights. The main light was directly over the top, smaller light on the left side to add some highlights for the reflection. I put something dark on the left side to contrast with the high light. The tiny gleam on the right edge that you noticed was another light in the room. Sent from my RS988 using Tapatalk
