In praise of Stirling Soaps...

I may try it before long...sounds like a good one.

 

no they are bar soap...but, if you are married you buy a soap for her and a shave soap for you and get them hooked...thats what I did, so now I get to order a new soap every couple of months when my wifes soaps run out.

I wonder if the plan to release these scents in the beeswax formula is coming together. I can't use lanolin so I can't enjoy Stirling right now.

 

@ezlovan looking forward to getting my first menthol soaps, though they have a distance to travel to Brisbane Aus Decided if I was going to break my menthol cherry, the only way to do it was Stirling. Very curious to smell the Rosemary Mint as well!

 

Rosemary Mint is one of my favorites.

 

My wife is really enjoying the Witchy Woman bath soap. So much so, I'm probably going to order some more, soon.

 

I'm new to soaps with menthol too. I tried Margaritas in the Arctic just yesterday for the first time. I don't know how MITA compares to other menthol soaps in the Stirling lineup but it was pretty cold! I bet it would make a refreshing morning shave.

see what im saying gents?...that is the key, buy them a bath soap (mothers day is coming up) and slip in a soap for you too.

Being in Florida I'm thinking Margaritas in the Artic, just sounds great!

Used:

Pharaoh's Dreamsicle
- AMAZING summer scent, nice sweet creamsicle smell grounded in lovely musk

Bonaparte
- Least favorite, the ylang ylang was way too forward and hindered the lovely herbal and citrus tones which should have brought this soap to life

Island Man
- Another amazing scent, brilliant citrus and amber with coconut in there somewhere. just brilliant, and the blue is a sweet touch to the soap

Ozark Mtns
- Best scent out there. Spicy, true spruce smell, nice ceder. Jsut amazing

Gatlinburg
- Another great soap. Smells like a walk in late fall in a deciduous forest. Smokey, earthy, hints of degrading leaves and foliage. Great stuff.

Executive man
- Probably the best Aventus Dupe soap scent. Soft and lovely.

The performance is all the same. Very good soap for a very good price, and the customer service is impeccable

 

I ordered the Margaritas in the Arctic and Glacial lemon chill. I'll give my thoughts when it arrives!
