Two passes and touch ups with the Bunny V3 Injector Razor with the NOTSO comb and a Supply Black Label Blade gave me a close, comfortable shave. After a cold water rinse I finished off with Aqua Velva Musk After Shave. I am clean, smooth, and refreshed...

Razor : Yaqi SE Excalibur AC 50mm with a Yaqi Milano polished 316 SS handle- Mfg 2021>, mild to tame mid range, simple design for clamping blade, small head parts(I assemble under wash cloth) I get close shaves with this razor almost every time.
This morning had a excellent close carefree shave with no issues.
Blade : Schick proline P30 50 mm- sharp & smooth with reasonable longevity for a AC blade. Matches well with this razor.
Soap : Yaqi Musketeer rapier- nice sharp scent(Aramis ?) with excellent lather qualities. Yaqi Commissioned Master soap creations of S.A to create their line of soaps and after shave splashes.
Brush : Yaqi "Casino clubs" 26mm boss knot, excellent lather generator, heavenly cloud like soft tips, gentle splay scrubber + excellent lather painter. One of my favorites.
Pre shave : (Dedicated Cashmere synthetic)Brush wash whole face with CeraVe hand bar cleanser with a dollop of clear Aloe Vera on the cleaned beard area.
Prep : Cold water rinse after each pass of 2 + pickups. WTG + ATG + pickups.
Post shave : Witch hazel beard cleanse + Yaqi Excalibur rapier + a dollop of CeraVe moisturizing lotion(scentless).
Results : or CCS,DFS,BBs + no irritation + no weepers= Excellent shave with my Yaqi Excalibur 50mm SE with a Schick proline 50mm blade.

Sunday Schick Shave, Aril 23rd 2023

Razor : Schick i2 type with Hydro magic feature for cleaning- Mfg 1954-57, nice tame mid range, they sure knew how to build razors back in the 1950's with no CNC machines. This is one of the most interesting and comfortable razors in my Schick collection. Had a close comfortable shave this morning with no drama.
Blade : Personna SS PTFE injector(9) sharp & smooth with excellent longevity.
Soap : Taylor of old bond street sandal wood cream(AKA=TOBS) nice herbal scented sandalwood 8/10 on scent + excellent lather qualities.
Brush : Yaqi" Barber pole theme" 24mm 2band badger, excellent lather generator, pillow like soft tips, nice splay scrubber + excellent lather painter. 2band badgers are one of the best over all for brush shaving needs IMO+ great handle to use.
Pre shave : (Dedicated Cashmere synthetic)Brush wash whole face with CeraVe hand bar cleanser with a dollop of clear Aloe Vera on the cleaned beard area.
Prep : Cold water rinse after each pass of 2 + pickups. WTG + ATG + pickups.
Post shave : Ogallala Bayrum & Sandal wood + a dollop of Geo F Trumper Sandalwood skin food.
Results : or CCS,DFS,BBS + no irritation + no weepers= Excellent shave with my Schick i2 with a Personna coated blade.

ASRazor shave, Monday, April 24th 2023

Razor : Ever-Ready 1914(AKA, Little lather catcher or LLC)-Mfg 1914-17, excellent mid range, one of my favorite razors for audio feed back also(sounds like scrapping toast ), the Gem blade is thicker & secure so the audio is nothing to worry about, I get some of the closest best shaves with this razor and irritation free mostly. This razor has the first generation of blade stops. If you enjoy ASR razors that use Gem blades and like close shaves the ER1914 razor is awesome to shave with IMO!
Blade : Gem Personna SS PTFE(6) very sharp, excellent longevity, smooths out nicely, predictable + safest blade to handle.
Soap : Taylor of old Bond street(TOBS)sandalwood. Very nice herbal scented sandalwood with excellent lather qualities. One of the most enjoyable sandalwoods I have used , 8/10 for scent strength.
Brush : Yaqi " Moka express" 24mm synthetic, excellent lather generator, heavenly cloud like soft tips, gentle splay scrubber + excellent lather painter.
Pre shave : (Dedicated Cashmere synthetic)Brush wash whole face with CeraVe hand bar cleanser with a dollop of clear Aloe Vera on the cleaned beard area.
Prep : Cold water rinse after each pass of 2 + pickups. WTG + ATG + pickups.
Post shave : Proraso red sandalwood lotion with witch hazel + a dollop of Geo F Trumper sandalwood skin food.
Results : or CCS,DFS,BBS + no irritation + no weepers= excellent stellar close shave with my Ever-Ready 1914 with a coated blade.(It does not get much better than this for my shave!)
