For today’s shave I went with the Tatara Amakuni with Feather Pro-guards and BBS Soap’s Neptune!

It was another overcast day here in NY to bring up my mood I tried to go with a summery scent. Neptune is fantastic! Sweet, bright, and fruity. It instantly brought to mind the beautiful summer sun and heat that seem as if they are not on their way. BBS soaps always leave an amazing post shave feel too!

What more can I say about the Amakuni that hasn’t been said. To me it’s perfect. Balance, design, weight (SS), the friggin kick-ass magnet cap! Man I love this razor! And it paired exceptionally well with the Feather Pro-Guard!

What a shave! A good one will always brighten the day!

Saturday shave here in NY on a beautiful day! I went with Tatara again and went to a tried and true Macduff’s!

The Tatara Amakuni is one of my favorite razors of any type. It’s just perfect in everything. It’s so nimble and maneuverable it gets to every spot on my face without an issue as it glides across my stubble. It really is a joy to shave with!

Macduff’s and Pasteurs Little Caribbean is a fantastic summer scent! It definitely transports me to Flatbush Avenue where I worked for a number of years. Sweet and fruity the sound of steel drums blare in my mind. And as always Macduff’s soap performance is beyond reproach! Well done celebrating a piece of my city!!!
