    Vitos Super Red
    ER 1924
    Gem S/S ( 5 )
    Tuff Red A/S Lotion

The ER 1924 is a much more aggressive Razor than the 1912, and needs the lightest of touches during a Shave. Today it cleared away Two days growth without any problems, and I am very pleased with the overall finish quality.

Maiden outing of the Yaqi AC head was a triumph. It looks pretty good on the General handle.
The result is I'm now looking for a Vector.

    Lea Classic soap
    Gem Micromatic- bullet tip
    Gem S/S ( 2 )
    Lea Classic A/S Lotion

Used this quite minty Gem today, and though the Shave was pleasant enough, I find that it does not deliver the same quality of finish as the Original.

Razor: Yaqi V2 Excalibur AC 50mm- Great daily driver for most, tame mid range, top cap needs manual adjustment then tightened for final step, Because of small head parts I work over a wash cloth. One of the best razors I own for comfort and performance.
Blade: Schick proline P30- excellent blade, sharp & smooth with reasonable longevity.
Soap: Ach Brito Lavanda cream- nice mild lavender woody scent + excellent lather qualities.
Brush: Yaqi mysterious space 24mm silvertip badger, excellent lather generator, heavenly soft pillow tips, nice scrub + excellent lather painter.
Pre shave: Brush wash whole face with CeraVe hand bar cleanser + a dollop of clear Aloe Vera gel on the cleaned beard area.
Prep: Cold water rinse after each pass of 2 + pickups.
Post shave: Ach Brito AS with witch hazel + a dollop of CeraVe moisturizing lotion + scentless.
Results: CCS,DFS,BBs + no irritation + no weepers=[IMG]excellent shave with my Yaqi V2 Excalibur with a Schick p30 blade.

Absolutely fantastic razor. It's been through a lot in its life. It was almost lost in a flood at its previous home. I'm glad it's still in service and in my collection, even with its battle scars.

After shaving with the Bullet Tip yesterday I stayed with the Micromatics today. I find the Clog Pruf to be more effective , and had a pleasant Shave with a very good close finish.

This Ever-Ready lather catcher has some of the loudest audio feedback I've ever experienced, I LOVE IT. The rest of the gear was fantastic today too. MERshavings Fougère Bay smells wonderful and lathered easily with the Zenith Boar brush. I finished the shave off with Thayers after shave balm and a splash of Aqua Velva Musk.

I had a great shave yesterday with the Eagle Improved lather catcher. As always the Zenith Boar and vintage Williams performed flawlessly. And a splash of Aqua Velva is always a great way to finish a shave.

Cheated a bit yesterday,, broke off from my rotation and used my revised Claymore Evolution with a Feather Pro Blade for the first time. Was rather a Face Stroker.

This 3D printed Razor is really good, in many ways it reminds me of the way an ER1924 performs. A pleasingly close finish attained without any hassle.

    ASRazor shave, March 15th 2022

Razor: Gem Junior 1912 with baton handle-Mfg 1943 variant, very nice mid range and the baton tapered handle is exceptional to work the face, one of the best SE razors ever built and not sure why this type of handle is not made today, self standing also. Gem made millions of 1912 model variants over the decades.
Blade: Gem Personna SS PTFE(4) very sharp, easy to install and remove, excellent longevity, smooths out nicely + predictable.
Soap: Razorock XXX- nice fresh scent + excellent lather qualities.
Brush: Yaqi 22 mm Sagrada Familia 2 band badger, not a lather hog, one of my favorites, excellent lather generator, pillow like soft tips, nice scrubber + excellent painter.
Pre shave: Brush wash whole face with CeraVe hand bar cleanser + a dollop of clear Aloe Vera gel on the cleaned beard area.
Prep: Cold water rinse after each pass of 2 + pickups.
Post shave: Razorock XXX AS with witch hazel + a dollop of CeraVe moisturizing lotion + scentless.
Results: CCS,DFS,BBS + no irritation + no weepers =:eatdrink047:excellent shave with my Gem Junior baton handle with a Gem coated blade.

Today's razor of choice was the wonderful Gem Jr. Bar. A fragrant lather of A&E's The Novelist was whipped up with a copper handled Zenith Boar brush. A splash of the matching aftershave along with a little Thayers aftershave balm was a perfect finish for a very enjoyable shave.
