I had a wonderful shave today with the Eagle Improved razor on a modified Gem MMOC handle. The LaToja lathered up well with cold water and the Olive handled RazoRock boar brush and Lucky Tiger was a great finishing touch.

Sunday Schick shave, July24, 2022

Razor : Schick adjustable injector M3- Mfg 1970-72, excellent adjustable, well built and designed, still requires light touch for great results. I find the lower settings aggressive enough in my opinion.
Blade : Personna SS PTFE(8) very sharp, great longevity, smooths out nicely + predictable.
Soap : Yaqi Green - nice fresh clean scent with excellent lather qualities.
Brush : Yaqi Sagrada Familia 22mm 2band badger, excellent lather generator, pillow like soft tips, nice scrubber + great lather painter.
Pre shave : (Dedicated Cashmere synthetic)Brush wash whole face with CeraVe hand bar cleanser with a dollop of clear Aloe Vera on the cleaned beard area.
Prep : Cold water rinse after each pass of 2 + pickups. WTG 2.5 + ATG 2.5 + pickups 3 setting.
Post shave : Yaqi Green AS with witch hazel + a dollop of CeraVe moisturizing lotion(scentless).
Results :CCS,DFS,BBS + no irritation + 1 chin weeper= Excellent shave with my Schick adjustable M3 with a Personna coated blade.

Razor : Gem Junior 1912 with baton handle- Mfg 1943 variant, nice mid range, I like this handle a lot, well made razor, Gem sold millions of variants of the 1912 over their life span because they where that good a razor IMO. I find the 1912 patented razor design outstanding and excellent for roaming the face effortlessly for stellar results.
Blade : Gem Personna SS PTFE (7) very sharp, excellent longevity, smooths out nicely + predictable.
Soap : Yaqi Green - Very nice fresh scent with excellent lather qualities. Designed for Yaqi by Master soap Creations SA.
Brush : Yaqi Cavern lake 24mm synthetic, Excellent lather generator, cloud like soft tips, nice scrubber + excellent lather painter.
Pre shave : (Dedicated Cashmere synthetic)Brush wash whole face with CeraVe hand bar cleanser with a dollop of clear Aloe Vera on the cleaned beard area.
Prep : Cold water rinse after each pass of 2 + pickups. WTG + ATG + pickups.
Post shave : Yaqi Green with witch hazel + a dollop of CeraVe moisturizing lotion(scentless).

Despite its apparent bulk this Razor is very well balanced and easy to wield during a Shave. One days growth is cleared quickly and efficiently, and the resultant finish was excellent.
