Until yesterday it's been a week of so-so shaves, so I decided to carry on in a similar vein and end the week on a high.
Very, very nice it was too.
    Happy Shaving one and all.

    Final day on the road:

    Razor: O-clone
    Blade: Schick twin (5)
    Cream: T & H Grafton
    Brush: Maggard 24mm synthetic
    AS: Stirling Executive Man

I’m not a daily shave unless traveling for business meetings. 3 this week, so three shaves in a row.

Usually my skin feels a bit beat up when shaving daily. Today I expected some pain and weepers.

Surprisingly, with care, BBS and zero nicks. The twins in the O clone are superb. I’d forgotten how slick/cushiony T&H creams can be. Also super easy to load and apply.

All in all, I think my travel setup will always be the O clone and a cream...just easier.

I won a contest over at TOST and won a Schick G1 with a Custom made Wooden Handle by Jayaruh!
Shaved with it today....2 pass BBS!

This is a very early G1....where it has the 2 patent nos but still has the Schick Injector stamped on the spring...

This razor looks great next to Jayaruh's TOST LE brush.....And check out the wood grain in this razor handle...He made it from Louisville Slugger Ash!!!!

    I'm digging it!!!

It's excellent, especially when paired with a twin blade. :happy088:

Hmmm, I haven't checked but because the E2 opens for cleaning it might be possible.

Edit: Maybe the Micromatics as well.

Well the weekend got off to very smooth start.
Having shaved less than 24hrs ago the Pushbutton gave a DFS+ in two passes. Scentwise the Fine Platinum and Floid Black complement each other wonderfully.
    Have a great weekend everyone.

    N1 with a twin. E2 can't accommodate one...

No buddy, there's a list around here pertaining to which injectors are suitable for twin blades and the E2 is not one of them.

Technically it's the h and later non-hydromagic injectors that can take a twin. But if you had a loose e or g I'm sure you could ease one in. If you put a twin in a razor earlier then an h you could damage the spring.

I was thinking it might be possible with the E2 because it doesn't need to be injected in.
Likewise with the Micromatics which can use normal injector blades.

Edit: just tried one in the E2 and a MMOC and sadly it's too wide for either razor.
