My prep was just a cold water rinse. The Williams Mug Shaving Soap face lathered well with the Jayaruh #39 brush. I did two passes with the Eversharp Schick G5 Safety Razor with a Schick blade and ended up with a close, comfortable shave. After a cold water rinse, I finished off with Aqua Velva 5 in 1 AS Balm. I am clean, smooth, and refreshed...

Had to swap the spine from the original blade to them GEM since the razor uses it to hold the blade. I picked up the razor in an auction haul a couple of months ago and have found no information on it. It is extremely light due to a hollow tube like handle. I prefer a heavier razor, but it did give a very close and comfortable shave. I even have the original box and direction insert.

Thought the Shave yesterday was good , this one better. With Shaves like this I have no need to buy any of the new kids on the block. Third use of the Brush , looking as though it tops the Plissoft knots.
