Today I was reminded of the fact that my best Injector confined to the use of one blade is really the PAL Adjustable . Because it is adjustable I tend to regard as being in a separate category to the Injecto- Matic or E2. Anyway, with no rush I had a very smooth Shave from the PAL, which though forgiving compared to other Razors is still very efficient , and resulted in a nice close all round finish.

This Razor has become a bit of a Sunday morning favourite since acquiring it. It is nice to know that without any fuss that you are going to get a smooth comfortable Shave, with a great close all round finish. According to those who own the original this copy performs just as well, that is good as I am very unlikely to snag one of those.

My prep was just a cold water rinse. The Proraso Sandalwood Shave Cream face lathered well with the Jayaruh #353 Badger/Boar brush. I did two passes with the J.A. Henckels Lather Catcher razor with a J.A. Henckels wedge blade and ended up with a close, comfortable shave. After a cold water rinse, I finished off with Dove Men+Care Post Shave Balm. I am clean, smooth, and refreshed...

Oh man do I ever agree with you! For those of us who aren't fortunate enough to own a Bunny the Hussy is the best thing! Shaved with mine last week, super smooth and incredibly close shave!

After a rather laid back Shave yesterday with an "O " Clone , I decided a bit more of a challenge was required, hence the use of of the Open Comb C1.
Mindful of the need for a good lather I used the Cyril Salter Solid which responded well to the Stirling Brush. Using a Razor like this calls for a no rush approach, ensuring the shave angle is just right to avoid mishap. Though the Shave took me a bit longer than usual with other Injectors, I was very pleased to be rewarded with a pretty good close all round finish, with no need for Alum.

My prep was just a cold water rinse. The Eskimo Tuxedo Shaving Soap face lathered well with the Jayaruh #339 Boar brush. I did two passes with the Damaskeene OC razor with a Gem Glue Star SE blade and ended up with a close, comfortable shave. After a cold water rinse, I finished off with Osage Rub. I am clean, smooth, and refreshed...
