    Did I ever need that, in this weather it was almost like a dip in a cool lake.
    Cold water on the nape of your neck is a wonderful thing.

    How are you finding the Occams V2. I find it despite its quirky looks to be an extremely functional Razor, that delivers Shaves with an ultra close all round finish.

    I quite like the feel of this Razor during a Shave, rather a shame that it is a bit too mild and takes quite a bit of extra time and effort for me to get a good close finish. Perhaps time I passed it on to someone with a less strong beard.

    My prep was just a cold water rinse. The Jeeves of Hudson Street Shave Soap face lathered well with the Jayaruh #369 Synthetic brush. I did one pass with the J.A. Henckels Lather Catcher razor with a J.A. Henckels Wedge blade and finished up with my new Personna injector with a Personna blade for a close, comfortable shave. After a cold water rinse, I finished off with Pinaud Clubman AS. I am clean, smooth, and refreshed...

    I love the Occams V2 razor. Like you I find it to be a very smooth and efficient razor despite looking like a potato peeler. All joking aside it is one of my favorite razors.
