I reversed the load order this time and went shim first then blade. Razor is a little milder in this configuration than when loaded blade first then shim. End result though was just as good, maybe due to me being more familiar with this razor now unlike earlier attempts where the end results weren't the same. Either way these are really cool razors if you want to get the SE shave experience with a DE blade.

I just swapped out the Proline B-20 for a Chick blade day#1...Just got maybe the best injector shave of my life!! Or at least one of those, "Best Shaves of My Life" shaves

Felt like there was no blade in the razor....Zero blade edge feel...and I like blade edge feel...BUT!!!

There was plenty of audio feedback. And
    #1. WTG= DFS
    #2. ATG= BBS

This time, I followed the directions that came with it, that said, "No skin stretching needed".
So I didn't....UNBELIEVABLE! 2 Pass with Fuzz W-H clean up.

Now I'm likely to be ticketed for "Public Face-terbation"...

    Simpson Chubby 1 /Maggards 2 band
    Arran Aromatics Bay Citrus
    Occams V2 No3 plate
    Feather Proguard [ 2 ]
    Pitralon Classic A/S Lotion

As out officiating for the day went for a Shave that would last. Am amazed at the Shave I am getting from the Occams with a Proguard on board. One feels the blade chatter a bit on the initial clearance strokes, then as smooth as silk. Just love the ease with which I can shave around the neck and jawline in particular. Am very pleased at the quality of the finished Shave from this odd looking Razor, it really performs well every time.

    Cold Water Rinse
    C.O. Bigelow Shave Cream
    Jayaruh #144
    Enders Speed Razor
    Enders Speed Blade
    CWR
    Osage Rub

My prep was just a cold water rinse. The C.O. Bigelow Shave Cream face lathered well with the Jayaruh #144 Brush. I did two passes with the Enders Speed Razor with an Enders Speed Blade and ended up with a close, comfortable shave. After a cold water rinse, I finished off with Osage Rub. I am clean, smooth, and refreshed...

I needed an ultra close shave this morning and reached for what might possibly be the smoothest and closest shaving razor there is. I’m talking about @twhite ‘s Bunny razor. In this case, the V2. It didn’t disappoint. I’m good for at least 36 hours before stubble becomes noticeable again. Amazing shave. :happy036:

Good morning this Micromatic Monday(from another forum), with my A.S.R family cousin Everready 1914 LLC tagging along this time for this morning shave. ER 1914 did not let me down for performance and that is one nice razor as I'm into 3rd shave of 7 consecutive shaves with a Gem Personna SS PTFE (5) blade. This razor is easy to handle and it can shave very close if you get the proper technique with buffing those stubborn chin whiskers. Results from my shave were CCS,DFS,BBs with no or not much to whine about for irritation=:)

My shave with the vintage Enders Speed Blade today was a bit tuggy, so I decided to strop the blade for Wednesday's shave. Here is how I did it. I will let you know on Wednesday how it shaved.

Was that with the PIF'd blade or the known stock blade?

That was with the PIF'd blade. It was a bit tuggy, so I wanted to see if I could improve it by stropping.

Well alright, I guess I'll give mine a go after a bit of stropping.

I've got some of those blades also, I look forward to seeing how the stropping work on improving the edge.
    @Flintstone65 may be interested also.

    Tue 27th Aug.

    RazoRock Syn. 22mm
    Lea Classic soap
    Personna Super Stainless Injector
    Personna S/S [ 8 ]
    Lea Classic A/S Lotion

Used this formerly disliked Razor which has proved to be quite good, since I discovered it works very well with the Personna blade. I think today it was a shave too far, as on an 8th outing the blade though not tugging did not provide a close Shave.

Beautiful razor, Ever-Ready streamline I believe. I would love to find that or a Gem Jewel, although every one I have seen has been considerably out of my budget.
And that is a superb photo, do you shot professionally? The lighting is fantastic.

    Thanks.

Thanks. Yes, it's commonly called a "Streamline", but the name actually only referred to the packaging/case. Same is true for the "Jewel". The razors are the same.
