The De Vergulde Hand Shaving Soap face-lathered well with Jayaruh #4 High Mtn. Badger Brush. Two passes and touch ups with the 1902 Kampfe Brothers/Star Lather Catcher razor with a Personna GEM SS PTFE blade gave me a close, comfortable shave. After a cold water rinse I finished off with Lucky Tiger AS. I am clean, smooth, and refreshed...

 

Sunday Schick Shave, Nov08th, 2020- I like to use my Schick razors on Sundays. Excellent razors IMO!

Razor: Schick 500 injector with Hydro-magic feature- Mfg 1957-64, unisex type razor- handle is my longest of my collection(5 3/8" length).
Blade: Personna SS PTFE(9) excellent blade, Very sharp, great longevity & smooths out nicely over time. Personna steel is amazing when you can leave it out for months and when it comes up again for rotation and finding it has not degraded the cutting edge.
Soap: Tabac- it has a mild flowery clean scent with excellent lather qualities and has been around for decades tell the story of success.

Brush: Yaqi tuxedo knot 24 mm(Sagrada Familia)- named after the famous cathedral in Barcelona Spain, Excellent lather creator with cloud like soft tips.
Pre Shave: Brush wash my whole face with CeraVe hand bar cleanser + a dollop of clear Aloe Vera on cleaned beard area.
Prep: cold water rinse after each pass of 2 + pickups. WTG + ATG + pickups.
Post shave: Razorock Emperor with witch hazel + a dollop of Nivea balm.
Results: CCS,DFS,BbS +minor irritation + 1 blemish weeper= excellent shave with my Schick 500 injector.

A bit of a treat today using the N3 fitted with a Twin Blade. There are mixed views on the The Twin Blade, but they really do work well on my "Need to Shave Daily" Beard. Today was ultra smooth and I had no problems getting rid of the usual stubborn areas of growth. Shame they are now so expensive but I am fortunate to have a small stache, which should last some time as I only use them infrequently.

 

Nice tall brush Droo, good for bowl lathering.

Razor: Gem Junior bar-Mfg 1907-11 Excellent razor, lower mid range, they got things right over 110 years ago with beauty.
Blade: Gem Personna SS PTFE(8) Excellent blade, very sharp, great longevity and smooths out nicely.
Soap: Razorock Lavender- excellent lather with nice scent IMO.
Brush: Yaqi lucky dice 26 + mm Tuxedo knot- excellent lather creator with cloud like soft tips.
Pre shave: Brush wash my whole face with CeraVe hand bar cleanser + a dollop of clear Aloe Vera gel on my cleaned beard area.
Prep: Cold water rinse after each pass of 2 with pickups. WTG + ATG + pickups.
Post shave: Razorock King Louis lavender with witch hazel + a dollop of Nivea balm.
Results: CCS,DFS,BBS + no irritation + no weepers = Excellent shave with my Gem junior bar and Gem coated blade.

Had a decent shave this morning. The blade was fading, this Gem 1912 usually shaves especially well. I binned the blade after only 6 shaves.
I particularly like the adjustable handle by @twhite. It will be missed when it gets sent on its way. The Wickham 1912 Irish Fern has become one of my favorite soaps. It will be missed when it runs out, as I believe they quit making it.

Another treat today with further use of a Twin Blade. The "O ' Clone is excellent and delivers an Ultra Smooth Shave, with a great close all round finish.

Razor: Gem Micromatic clog Pruf(Peerless model)- Mfg 1945, excellent mid range, one of my favorite Gem razors of many.
Blade: Gem Personna SS PTFE(9) excellent blade, very sharp, excellent longevity, predictable and smooths out nicely IMO.
Soap; Razorock Lavender- nice masculine scent with excellent lather qualities.
Brush: Yaqi Timberwolf whiskers 24 mm- excellent brush, good back bone with cloud like soft tips.
Pre shave: Brush wash my whole face with CeraVe hand bar cleanser + a dollop of clear Aloe vera gel on cleaned beard area.
Prep: Cold water rinse after each pass of 2 + pickups. WTG + ATG + pickups.
Post shave: Razorock King Louis lavender with witch hazel + a dollop of Nivea balm.
Results: CCS,DFS,BBS + no irritation + no weepers = Excellent shave with my MMCP with a Gem coated blade.

Hey everyone as you all know I'm very very new to the SE and injector party so I figured I would share/ask about this little guy I managed to pick up at the local antique shop by my place that's where I find some good stuff...so did I find something good today??
