If it has the dummy in it, it could be an NOS razor? Very cool!!

Looks to me like it is....You should shave with it...Schicks never really go up in value except for like the Repeaters...or the Gold handle G2's...or the Paul Revere L head....

yeah, I'm guessing it's NOS. I cleaned it anyway, and verified there's 3 blades in the injector.

Oh, I'm definitely going to use it

With Johnny's gracious help, I now have a nice G1 and a couple of shaves so far and love it. Question is, it's my understanding from reading and research that the E series is more aggressive than the G. Would you guys and gals agree, and if so, how much more aggressive would you say?

    Thanks for your help.

I've read that some can't tell any difference while others can tell a huge difference. I don't think that I've read of anyone saying the G is more aggressive than the E. If people perceive a difference it is usually that the E is more aggressive. By how much, I have no idea as I've not tried a G. I noticed a pretty big difference in efficiency though between the E2 and my I1.

I had my first shave with my G1 Eversharp Schick, my first shave with a SE safety razor and had a great experience. I shaved WTG, XTG and ATG. Only two specks of blood that didn't need stypic. A DFS, but not quite a BBS. I will next try polish up areas with a fourth pass. My fear about SE shaving is over. I used Tabac soap, Schick and a Schick blade. First time with Tabac as well. Great lather and smells like an old-timey barber shop.

The E is noticably more aggressive...although by compensation with technique they all shave great....You can see the more aggressive blade angle when looking at them side by side...

I just shaved with my I2 which is not aggressive or mild,,,right in the middle between the 'E' and the 'L'....a little more aggressive than my 40's style Super Speed...But because of the nature of the beast, these injectors give really great shaves...I can buff and polish and get a real BBS...The E type might be a little easier, I don't know I haven't shaved with one since the 60's...I need to get one now that I'm back on the TWS wagon....But the shave I got today with my 'I' type was certainly easy and fantastic....

Injectors are different than DE's and can't really be compared, just too different....Although before Jody hooked me up with my Senator Open-Comb TTO, I used to think not only were injectors different they were better...Although now I just think different, and easier than most (not all) DE's to obtain super results...

But one thing is beyond argument...anyone serious about exploring the pleasures of TWS, does owe it to themselves to check out Injectors and SE's and all the joys that they can bring to your shaving experiance....When and if you do pick one or two razors to use for life....an injector could very well fill the bill....

I just received my Micromatic Clog Pruf, Micromatic, 1912, and G-bar today and the Schick Paul Revere.

I have a Schick injector with plastic handle that has a blade in it. How do you push the old blade out? I want to put this one aside for a while.

You use the "key" from the injector cartridge to push out an old blade. If you aren't ready to replace it then I'd just leave it in the razor if it were me.
