Injector & SE Party !!!

Dean take a look around the shaft to the head. See if there is a number (serial) stamped on the other side. I can see the opposite side and I am curious.

Aston-Martin DB7...

I invarably think the samething everytime I use my Schick....Even when I'm using it every day...

Got my first injector on route , there is a pharmacy near me that sells blades bought 2 packs, but if I wanted to order online (shipping to canada) were would be a good place to start

 

Here's the info on EMS/Personna blades...probably the same as your drug store brand, but might be a better price....

That would be the same line as the Barber brand I spoke to you about earlier. They can come cheaper here than the same blades branded as Barber on Amazon.

 

For me the EMS blades are good for about 5 days....And the Schick blades are good for a week....But the EMS is a savings...Even though I believe I prefer the Schick blades slightly....The Personna/EMS's are still as good or better than my favorite DE blades...IMHO-

My first injector just arrived in the mail. Now it's time to clean it up , does anyone know if it is safe to use barbicide on the backelite handle as well or should i only dip the head.

Very nice I've tried to win one of those afew times this year and keep missing out, well done.

 

The Golden 500 has always been a sleek unsurpassed beauty...I've said numous times...If Aston-Martin made a razor....The 'I' series reminds me of the DB 4's and 5's....and the J series reminds me of the DB 7's and 9's...

 

Injectors look really interesting to me. I would like to try one eventually. The only thing that worries me is that I know I won't able purchase injector blades locally. And shipping from US doubles the price.

 

Today was my first injector shave. I bought a pretty gold M27 Schick from a guy on another forum, and yesterday my blades arrived from Amazon.

It was a good DFS. I was trying to go slow and easy with no pressure while getting used to the long handle and light weight.

We'll see how it goes tomorrow.

Actually, I tried a Schick back in 72 when I was first learning to shave. But I was quickly influenced by TV commercials and started using Gillette Good News disposables! My dad stuck with his Fatboy, Wilkinson Sword blades, mug, boar brush, and Williams soap.

 

doubles?.....Call the EMS people that I posted about above...They will tell you if they have a distributor in your country...They sell these blades for laboratory specimen slicing....and they market them all over the world...so give them a call...I know I'm in Turkey and they have a local distributor here....If not then you'll have to have them delivered to a friend in another country and brought or mailed to you...If you try it and it knocks you out...then you'll have to stock-pile...Chances are it will knock you out...lol
