Another fantastic shave this morning. I think I'm switching to showering at night and shaving in the morning. Just seems to work out better for my schedule and it's a nice way to wake up. The Bunny again was flawless. My confidence with it is growing, I'm throwing every angle at it I can and it just keeps performing. I tried the Mama Bear's today, easy lathering with nice protection. Not the most slick I have but more than adequate plus it has that great Obsession scent. Definitely keeping it in the rotation. Have a great day folks!

    Blade: GEM Stainless
    Razor: GEM MMOC
    Brush: Semogue 1520 boar
    Lather: Tabac shave stick
Post: Witch hazel splash, Fine Platinum, Nivea sensitive balm
WTG, XTG (upper face only), touch-up on neck

Decent shave again with the GEM MMOC. I think the blade may be in need of changing. It felt a little less sharp than normal and I needed two passes to get the closeness I can get from one pass at times. The Tabac shave stick provides good lather but it's not as protective for me as some others. I had a little weeper on my chin and didn't get my upper lip or chin areas as close as normal. It just didn't feel slick and protective there. I do like the scent of Tabac but haven't quite gotten the hang of rubbing the stick on my face and then lathering. I need more practice.

The Bunny should arrive tomorrow!! Have a great day!

It's excellent lather Perry, it like's water. Apply it thick and make sure you have a water saturated brush. :)

Need some I.D. help. Is this a 1912 or 1914. Picture from seller ?

EDIT: Passing on this since I have a 1912. PM me if interested in sellers link. Wants
£10 to ship to North America.
Needless to say but I have no affiliation with seller.

Thanks Tom, got a 1912 GE< with a more ornate handle. This one is a Ever ready variant made in England. Don't know if it's different to justify purchasing.

The English ones rock. More aggressive than US counterpart. It looks really nice from the one pic

Hmm, I find the U.S. one aggressive enough. Think I will pass on this one. Thanks

They are very smooth razors. If the price is fair you should try it. If you don't like it. I am sure someone on the forum will by it from you.

Focusing on my Schick Type L (L1 and L7) this month using a variety of blades.

On the road using my H2 travel razor. A great one-pass ATG shave.

This shave was brought in part by the fantastic shave I had yesterday with my Schick L1 and a NOS Schick Twin blade. Growth this morning noticeably lighter than ever. The L1 / Twin combo is proof that shaving fans do not have to spend big money in their hunt for perfection.

    Cheers!

    Blade: Chinese Schick
    Razor: Bunny V2
    Brush: Semogue 1520 boar
    Lather: Ginger's Garden Salty Mariner
Post: Witch hazel splash, Fine Platinum, Nivea sensitive balm
    WTG, XTG

Nice inaugural shave with the Bunny V2 razor. Beautiful craftmanship in the razor - I'm very impressed. The Ginger's Garden soap provided tons of beautiful lather. I struggled with the handle angle on this first attempt. I ended up with some redness on my neck because the angle was off. I'm sure I'll improve as a I get a few more shaves in.

Overall I was pleased with the shave and humbled to be able to try it. Have a great day!

It will get better. Remember feather touch. The angle will come to you. Put the spring on your face and lower until you have contact. Then nice short strokes until you find the angle that cuts best for you.
