I am the wrong person to ask as I have a very poor nose for Scents. It lathers very nicely and I enjoy it.

A wonderful 2 pass near BBS shave this morning. A splash of Floid Blue for a great start to the day. I hope everyone has a fantastic Friday.

The C.O. Bigelow Shave Cream face-lathered well with my Jayaruh #145 synthetic brush. I did two passes the Pal Injectomatic and Ted Pella Injector blade, I ended up with a close, comfortable shave. After a cold water rinse and alum block, I finished off with Thayer's Lemon WH and then Pinaud Clubman AS. I am clean, smooth, and refreshed...

The handling and look of the I work for me, just love it. Vintage twins which first impressed now failed on their third full shave. Fresh Personna for the save, two passes plus a little ATG clean up for a nice BBS. I'm not going to pay large for Twins. I am wondering how many years this AOS tallow might last, I can't make a dent in it. [IMG]

The Type F provided a great shave with the help of some quality products this morning. Arguably my favorite razor to hold in my hand.

After a few days on some New SEs, went back to a PAL Golden Injecto-Matic, with a Japanese Schick on its 11th outing. The Shave was smooth and comfortable, not a trait normally associated with this Schick - Buster. The Razor/Blade combination and used with a light touch gives the modern SEs a run for their money. Am coming to the conclusion that perhaps these modern SE Razors are not better than the Oldies , its the blades that make the difference. Will eventually get round to trimming one of these AC blades down, and try it in the Injecto-Matic.

Totally agree. I prefer the Type I over all other newer Schick razors probably for that reason

So picked up a Schick H. We will see how that goes. In other news shaves with a E for the first time today HOLY CLOSE SHAVE BATMAN. Thanks Bird. Love it! I think that is the most aggressive Injector shave ever. Even more then my M set on 7.

The H or Hussy is an amazing shave. In a match up it took on my PAL IM in a close head to head contest. The key is to bring the top of the spring to your skin as the guard is resting on your face. Once you do that you have the perfect angle. It excels with a Schick blade. The only knock I have is it can require more frequent rinsing to avoid clogging. But it is the Queen of the Den in my house for sure. I hope you enjoy it as much as I do. :eatdrink047:
