Saturday Straight's SE Shave Proraso Pre Shave Jeff's Soap Shaving Soap Jayaruh #213 Synthetic Fredrick Reynolds 5/8 Schick G w/Personna Stainless CWR Thayer's Lemon WH Florida Water I started off with Proraso Pre Shave. The Jeff's Soap Shaving Soap face-lathered well with the Jayaruh #213 Synthetic brush. I did the first pass with the Fredrick Reynolds 5/8. Because it is SEptember, I did the second pass with the Schick G 66 with a Personna Stainless blade. I ended up with a close, comfortable shave. After a cold water rinse, I finished off with Thayer's Lemon WH and then Florida Water. I am clean, smooth, and refreshed...

I typically don't shave on the weekends. But when I looked in the mirror this morning I thought "Oooh Gooody. I get to shave today." and I was happy about it.
SOTD SEptember 2nd Schick L1 Personna mini hair shaper Stirling Mountain Man Surrey W/ 24mm TGN 3 band synthetic Had an amazing first shave this morning with the Schick L1. These Personna blades are very nice, just as sharp as the Chicks but maybe a tad smoother. I had so much lather that I did 3 passes and a little touch up and the baby was waiting! Love the scent of Mountain Man. Stirling SEptember is going to be a great month! Sent from my SM-G920V using Tapatalk

Thank you @jmudrick I thought it cleaned up very nice. I have a strop for it on the way to go with some CS blades I already have.
Question for the SE gurus. I am doing an SE focus this month, which will include two Schick injectors and one Eversharp that the ladies of the house decided today they really like. So I need more blades. What are your favorite injector blades, and where is your favorite place to buy them? Sent from my XT1585 using Tapatalk
Chinese Schick injector blades in the yellow packaging. Personna makes some injector blades but I found them sub-par. Others like them a lot. Let me know and I'll be happy to send you a magazine of 7 Schick blades. Send me a PM if interested.
I can order to the store from Walgreens but I cannot find them locally. Same thing with SE blades, except an off brand from Walgreens that I am trying out. Sent from my XT1585 using Tapatalk
In the SE blades I have gotten Treet, PAL, GEM Blue Star and some Rite Aid brand, all bought locally). Now the PAL's are blue and individually wrapped but all the rest all look the same. Once you take the blades and blade dispenser out of the outside packaging you can't tell them a part. They are ALL made by ASR.
I was wondering. The off brand I bought has no name on it but otherwise the blades and dispenser are exactly identical. Sent from my XT1585 using Tapatalk
The gang on the 30 Day thread is doing their usual SE September, so I decided to jump in. I'm going to try to shave at least once with each of my injectors during this month. Might be difficult! Cheers! RT
I'm doing a reverse! Since the 30DC is doing SE September, I am gonna post some over here! GEMs galore, a couple of Schick injectors, and a Star Kampfe Bros lather catcher. I was gonna throw the Hussy in the mix too, but I think the wife owns it now. It's gonna be a fun month. Sent from my XT1585 using Tapatalk
