After trying the 1912 out with the GEM blade along with the Williams, I am convinced it is more aggresive than my GEM damenskee. Thats not a bad thing, just something to be aware of. I think I have found the sweet spot for the blade, and for the razor as well. One day growth and it does fine, 1 and a half day growth, tuggy for the first pass, then an excellent result.
I will continue with the blade trial, until I have made up my mind. The Williams didnt want to cooperate today, but we made do anyhow.

Very tempting have a quick Shave with this Razor which is very manoeuvrable. Considering how little time I spent on the Shave, the finish was pretty good and that was from a single blade.

The L1 is a great razor. A little mild but not as mild as the Personna I used yesterday. Smooth and comfortable and all around enjoyable. Have a great day!
