Decided to do an inventory of all my shave stuff and was I ever surprised. Didn't really know what I have since, like many of us, I would buy things and store them away saying "I'll use that someday". I won't go into details but just say that I have 400 injector blades, 650 assorted DE blades, 60 assorted soaps/creams including 15 vintage Williams and Colgate Cup soaps, 21 brushes in rotation and 72 assorted razors. Good Grief that's a lot of stuff!!
Not bad. Maybe a bit light on the emergency stash of blades and the soap/cream inventory could possibly do with a bit more beefing up (that's barely enough blades to last you 15 years and the soaps won't hold you much longer than that) but the brush and razor numbers are definitely respectable...
You're right, I did forget. Just counted them up and only have 14. But they go a long way so think I"m good for awhile
Are you a shaver or a prepper? Just kidding. This thing starts out small and the next thing you know you are doing inventory and wondering how did I get to this point but it sure is fun.
2019 Shave Sabbatical? Use what you have buy nothing? I like the suitcase sized dopp kit idea though....add wheels?
