Second shave with the IBC Shavette this morning - this time no blood I went slow, did one WTG pass and was 'rewarded' with a very, very nice shave. Quick ATG cleanup with a Pils finished up the shave.
They seem to have another finish available now, still waiting for the red and black versions before I order another one.
The fingerprint resistant finish...leaves me feeling underwhelmed. I was rather looking forward to colour.
My second Irving Barber Company shavette, from all the shavette's I've tried this is certainly my favorite. Made from barbers for barbers. Great balance, weight, handling.
Coming from you, that is high praise indeed. Is that over and above the Feather Artist Club lines, or do you not consider those to be 'shavettes' in the transitional sense of the word?
Finally received one of these in pristine condition, (thanks @Darkbulb for being a proper enabler). I don't shave often with shavettes, but despite that, I seem to have acquired quite the collection of them.
