Guys, I've been using a safety razor for about a year and a half now, and until recently I've had difficulty maintaining a light touch (minimal pressure). Maybe I developed this bad habit using cartridge razors. But I've recently hit on a technique that makes it easier to keep it light. I simply hold the razor loosely at the base of its handle. I just thought I'd pass this on. If you have a similar problem, you might give it a try.
