I'm just thinking that, normally, I'd expect him to follow one of three career trajectories:
    1. Live fast, die young (the 27 club).
    2. Stay the course but become something of a novelty act (e.g., Tom Jones).
    3. Settle into a more sedate, traditional route (e.g., Rod Stewart et al). Heck, Miley seems to now be on this trajectory.

Thanks, Jared. At least I'm at the right place to learn. Otherwise, I might have ended up learning improper techniques on the "street."

    I’d add-
    4. After a manufactured childhood career, make real music after hitting adulthood (a la Ricky Nelson, or John Mellencamp, or even Alanis Morisette)

If you need some CS blades hit me with an Addy. I can share some.

Great first run. I probably can use both hands....but I just use my right. I think I mentioned it in my last shavette video. It works fine for me.

Nothing shaves like a lather catcher. Kinda makes me feel bad for folks that do not use thrm.

So the shavette fun will start tomorrow here. I might even use one on a Williams Wednesday....maybe. For tomorrow the Lord plastin shavette will be up.

I have a CJB kamisori style shavette I have used quite a bit, but this is my first use of a half blade style. BTW, I use both hands when using one of these.

So I am pondering my shave for tomorrow, as I will be at the gym. At this moment, I am strongly considering using the Classic Samurai Pain Stick again. I'll take any and all comments from the Peanut Gallery.

As long as their are not too many distractions go for it. I once shaved with a shavette in a state park shower house. Drew a crowd....luckly it did not draw blood.

Great photo Jim. Sorry about the blood but at least you got it out of the way early.

Congrats on the successful maiden voyage with a shavette.

I love the sound of Gem style razors.

    Fantastic photo Jared.
