Either! I find that if I set the bar really low, I can always achieve my goals...

 

just arrived..parcel i of 2 ordered..2nd in a day or 3..

 

It's like peeling an apple. Two possibilities. 1) You move your wrist as if rounding a corner, or 2) you keep the strokes very short and work in minute straight lines.

 

I tend to round the corner by moving my wrist. I will try the mini strokes on the next shave. Thanks for the suggestion.

 

That's been my motto for the last 60+ years. Never yet underachieved.

Fantastic shave Charlie! I use witch hazel, but not for every shave. It does help with clearing any irritation.

Still working as it should with a BBS finish. As if the Taconic pump cream isn't slick enough adding some pure aloe vera gel into the cream before whipping up lather makes this stuff super slick and should work well with any cream. I hope adding aloe vera gel into the mix doesn't violate the focus rule since it is still the same style of pump soap though different stinkiness than the one I started out on.
