    No idea.......I didn't "drive over a speedbump"......the thing just caught blood. That means this kind of thing can happen to me anywhere anytime during a shave. I don't like that prospect. Tomorrow I'll have a Bill Neumann aftershave, so that might ease any cuts better(especially finish off this one).

    I've had my share of cuts shaving over folds of skin, Paul. Try a little more skin stretching with your off-hand and see if that helps. That really helped me. I'm not a shave oil fan, but this gent does a nice job shaving deliberately with plenty of skin stretching throughout the shave.

    Thanks, Joe! The razor was essentially free. I traded my LaResche 61 for my Genco 35, and the guy felt it wasn’t fair, so he threw in this Lord, which I think dates from the 1950s. As it turns out, I really prefer it over the Genco! :cool:
