To send a PM, click on the avatar of the person you want to send it to. A "rolodex" card will pop up. Click on START A CONVERSATION, and just go from there. Their reply to you will show up in your IN BOX at the top left of the screen.
Thanks, Steve. I stayed up way to late last night and fiddled around with my Profile drop down and saw the start a conversation there as well and used it. I keep looking for PM and thought starting a conversation was same as being open on a forum or something, but took the plunge and Dridecker responded. I can't wait for all the goodies. Thanks for the info. I had been clicking on the Avatar and only focused on Leave Feedback and that didn't seem to work. I really need to know more about all the ways to use this website. I am also interested in how to use all the things in Profile and how to buy or trade on XenTrader. Any help there?
XenTrader is not a feature for buying and selling items, we have a Classified forum for that purpose. The purpose of Xentrader is that after you buy or sell something from our Classified section, you use Xentrader as a way of rating your transaction . If you had a positive experience, then you give the member you dealt with positive feedback, if it was a bad experience you give them a negative rating with an explanation as to what was negative, the comments both positive and negative will be seen publicly. This allows our members a chance to view the past dealings a member has had, and helps them decide if they want to deal with that person. In a nutshell it is our version of the eBay feedback system.
