I know it’s not much but want to collect vintage Gillette fatboys and awesome soap from these great artisans! Hahaha ✌️
Hi from Seoul, nice to meet you. My favorite blade for my R41 is Iridium Super with GSB in a very close second.
Good to have you here, Mike. I had a friend named Mike from Jersey-Edison. It appears we've parted ways.
Welcome to TSD Michael @Mike-R41! Glad you signed up. Now we can talk all about it. This is your own personal thread so feel free to ask questions. Plenty of friendly knowledgeable folks around to offer opinions, advice, even actual information. I like your choices so far. I have a couple, OK maybe several Stirling & Proraso products in my den. Those Feather blades are top performers, too. Just recently picked up some Derby 1/2DE blades I'll try in my shavette. Got the R41 on my wanted list! I'd be happy with a 2013, but I hear the '11 is even more aggressive / efficient. I see a bottle of Old Spice - if you enjoy the P&G version watch for the vintage Shulton juice. Thrift & antique stores get them and don't understand how well that product ages if kept sealed. I'm tracking a package on it's way to me right now - Stirling Spice shave soap. Going to be great having soap and aftershave in the same scent!
