I still have plenty of that one.....wish it had a little more menthol, then it could be a year-rounder, but I tried it a couple times during the summer and survived. Wouldn't work in humidity, I don't think.
Been busy canning pickles today, or as my grandmother would say, layin' them by, but took the time out to pull out my 3 year old popcicle razor. It's a Ladas blade stapled between two Pomegranate Outshine sticks. The staples came from Staples, or Office Depot, I can't remember. Nice slick, cold lather from the Lemony Orange. The blade is starting to really pull after 3 years. I'll probably have to make a new one for the next go round. At any rate, it's a solid SAS, and I'm back to the pickle factory.
Thank you Jared. Honestly PdP is as good as many artisan soaps and better than a lot of them. I will likely try the PdP 63 at some point.
Just damn. First it was @Primotenore enabling on the new resin handle SOC mixed knot and now you with the boar. I just don't have a lot of will power and you guys are testing what little I do have. Great SOTD photos and lineups. A bad day on the lake beats a good day at work. Sounds like you had a great day once you cleared all the small bluegills.
Stick with WTG and XTG on your neck for now. Once you have everything near perfect revisit the ATG pass on the neck. The key is don't get caught up on the results in the beginning. Just work on the technique. In time the results and speed will come once everything is imprinted into your muscle memory.
After sitting in the cabinet for 3 years it would probably serve better as a veggie slicer than a shaving implement.
