Just beautiful, Jason. Well, the shave and the scenery anyway. I'm sure the fresh lake water will eventually clear up the toenail fungus. The bunions are another story.... :D

Just kidding, my friend. I'm glad to see you are getting some downtime with your family.

That is an awesome shave, Joseph! Everyone has their shaving signature style and it seems you found yours. As for me, I found it normal for me to lift the blade between strokes w/o any problems. I think it's because my hand remains very steady in keeping the angle while landing the blade. My problem is I sometimes lose focus in a split second and then I find myself singing Red River Valley. Have a great day, Joseph!

This morning's shave featured me changing brushes in midstream(y'know the saying "swapping horses in midstream"). The Burma Shave stuggled with the Stoylin soap cake. I switched to the next brush in my rotation, the Crown King Spindle Duro Tali, and it provided a huge difference. I flipped the Burma Shave brush, but I just decided to take it out of the trash to give it one more chance with a puck of soap(as opposed to the cake in the mug). Back to the shave, I now see bubbles in the cake(SDM).Good sign! The Glacial SDM finished me off well.

What a great rhyming poem, @wristwatchb! That fella Bill Shakespeare would be proud of you today. Bobby Frost(Robert Frost)as well. :).

Yes indeed...an audible it was :). As you may be aware by now, it is quite often that I change my shave at my sink of scrimmage :).

Never have tried that, I'll just use different razor, I got a few to pick from. Gary @brit likes these blades, I bought them because of that. Seeing I picked up an England made razor, I thought it only appropriate to use that razor to try em out. He noted in a post last night that is was a mild razor, he knows the Gillette razors and was right about it.
I'll try a slim or fatboy tomorrow, on 9 of course.

I'm gonna have to get some more menthol in the den. I have some, tried it, liked it.
Thanks for the help on the razor I got Monday.

I agree Rick, not a fan of mild either but sometimes it turns out to be a really good shave . I've had 3 'mild ' razors that were far from it . Depends on whos using it I guess.

    Awesome reports guys !
