They weren't "phrases"-one was the babe swooning at the AV Man, and the other, of course, was the Man.

Wonderful shave and photo Andrew. The RR Irish Countryside sounds like a fantastic scent.

The first phrase I referenced was SWMBOSOA (copyright by @Primotenore). The other was the AV ad.

Thank you, Clint! It is very nice. I enjoy that RR adds menthol to their regular aftershave formulations.

I have owned and loved dachshunds for many years, but only bought my first from a breeder. The last three all have come from a local dachshund rescue I started 30 years ago with four friends. They are an extremely loyal and loving breed, but aren’t lapdogs despite what many think. They were originally bred as hunting dogs, and really can be very hard to train. They actually are the second most frequent pedigreed breed left in the shelters nationally, after Pitties, which really are two breeds (American Pitt Bull Terrier and Staffordshire Terrier). My current dog, Gromit was returned to the shelter because, heaven forfend, he kept killing squirrels and rabbits in the lady’s yard. She kicked and brutalized him fracturing his tail and two ribs. It was all I could do not to sucker punch that awful person’s husband. As one of 8 registered Doxie foster homes, I hadn’t had a dog for about a year, but when I saw Gromit for the first time, that was it. He’s my buddy, and one of the reasons I want to wake up each day.

I saw similar posts. The owner of CF said Cryogen is very sensitive to water. He said he leaves the soap uncovered all the time to try and many recommended scooping it out like a cream. Seems like a lot of sugar for a nickel to me. That much worry over a soap is more than I am willing to invest.

Great shave, Maestro! I also am concerned about Tim! Covid is spiking in CA, and Tim’s (@timabababaluka). a teacher, right on the front lines. And as well you know, Joseph, Dr, Mrs Primo just couldn’t help herself, “there’s something about an Aqua Velva man!” :D

Thanks, Gary! He is a little hellion, and when he was an adolescent drove SWMBO to al ost her wit’s end. One thing she’s happy about, for some reason the rabbits no longer bother her garden! I buried the three rabbit corpses that had been In a burrow near our deck. He got into the burrow on his first exploration of the yard and that was that. She’s also pleased that the squirrels are no longer eating all the birdseed (two more little corpses quietly disposed of.) one thing I’ll say about the Grom, he never hesitates when he sees prey!

We had a dachshund when I was growing up. She was a fantastic pet but stubborn, stubborn and stubborn. They are very cool dogs and do make loyal companions. There are certain people that shouldn't have pets. Hell, there are certain people that shouldn't have children. As a family we have always had one of the herding breeds up until this greyhound. I find them to be very easy to train provided you give them enough exercise to keep them out of trouble around the home. Maya researched this breed and adoption. So far Cody has really impressed me with his chilled out personality. I think he will be great for Maya and should help her with the her constant hip pain. His walks will help her exercise and just having company can help with pain.

You forgot Italy (RR is an Italian soap) and Ireland (Irish Countryside)
    So true!
Thanks Maestro! Cryogen does make a nice lather, but it is very important to use the right technique to to so.

Gromit is a handsome dog, Jeff.
My last three dogs have been Dachshunds. Smokey (died three years ago) and Pebbles (died on Friday) were black and tan rescues that had been together their whole lives. Ollie, my almost two year old tan doxie, was given to us from an unexpected litter of pups owned by extended family. He sparked some life into Pebbles during his time with her.

    Here's Ollie:

Thanks, David, but the TR6 runs beautifully beautifully if you strip out the original wire harness. I replaced the Lukas with a Bosch harness and that was all she wrote.
