    Lovely shave, Dave! Haslinger is good stuff! Enjoy your day. By the way does your new Bakelite Shake Sharp have a head that slides off completely, or does it have the same blade clasping mechanism as your gold washed version?

    Great Boker shave, Maestro! Is that part of your neck also resistant to your Feather SS? I was having the same issue, until I upped my honing game. I’d found that my Feather DX cleaned things up nicely. Maybe a little more time on your dad’s Arkie? It was all about the edge for me. Also, I’ve found shorter bladed straights are much easier to maneuver. If you’re interested, I have a short little Persian Thistle. It looks a bit rough, but it holds an incredible edge. I’d be glad to send it your way to see if shorties might help. Let me know! I can have it in the mail to you tomorrow!

    Ended the latest run with the NEW LC this morning. 6 wonderful shaves, the last 3 with the quality Feather. Inspired by @Dave in KY to reach for the Haslinger and by @Primotenore to bring out the Eau Sauvage. Not much prodding needed for these awesome products.
    Just a 2 pass shave earlier this morning with very good results. I realized that I hadn't grabbed an Omega Pro in quite some time and was inspired by @jgreenepa to use one this morning. It did its usual quality work.
