    NCoxSTL AAACK!

Long day again, and it turned into a long evening as well. I have the next two days off so I have declared tonight a NO SHAVE ZONE! I'll be around over the next two days to catch up, police the grounds, you know, the usual. Have a great night!

A good SOTD this morning. The R41 glided nicely - it will match the longevity of the Fatip with a little effort but does a decent enough job.
Kit was as before. (R41, Pro Raso Green, soap , balm, splash, RM brush, Astra blade)
A few thoughts on soaps and Pro Raso Green in general.
The soap likes a lot of water. Give it plenty (much more than Arko for example) and it works well. If I give it an extra minute to rest on the face it provides a perfect cushion. I really like it. If I were pressed for time I'd go Arko as I can work faster but, for the sake of the odd minute it is proving well worth the effort.
Splash - Its quite menthol/eucalyptus at the start, after 5 mins though the scent fades to a very pleasant one, skin feels great.
Balm - Similar to the splash in feel, leaves skin feeling very good.

I'm enjoying this month a lot for a bit of a change. The R41 is now a few shaves in but I may have an Italian week at the end of the month (Fatip + Pro Raso) , I will have to see.

Loved that pic Clint, the towel animal thing is cool!

    wchnu Duck Season!

I have noticed that long nights in a gate shack cost me money. Night before last it was a nice looking ( in the pics anyway) Valet AutoStrop A1. Tonight it was a 40 Churchill cigar sampler from Thompson Cigar. Tomorrow night I am leaving my debit card in tne pathfinder...grrrr.

Your travel photos are a neat departure from your usual "magazine quality" style. And I mean that in the most complimentary way. A different "feel", but still great.
