    Happy Friday everyone. I am glad this week is over. Three passes and touch ups ended with the baby in hand. However, the "Snake" did bite me hard leaving a nasty little cut. A splash of witch hazel followed by the matching aftershave and I am off to my office for a short work day. I hope everyone has a great Friday. ​

    Can you say: "Butter"?
    I have been SR shaving since about February and I am still learning.
    I learned today that I was still using too shallow of an angle!
    This goes against my instincts, but with the steeper angle, the dd didn't get "hung up" on the stubble.
    Now, was this just the angle or did it have something to do with the @gssixgun edge?
    Tomorrow, I am going to use a known, lesser edge razor with the steeper angle and see what's what.
    Thinnish, watery lather with the Myrsol today. I took a finger-full of the now de-granulated cream
    and massaged it into my face. Then taking the soaked M&F, worked the lather.
    Took a bit longer than usual and there was NO buttercream to be found @wchnu :D
    Still, the super-wet, hydrated cream provided a very slick base for the razor.
    Stopped after two passes, because I was satisfied with the DFS.
    Mos def would NOT pass the cotton ball test, but I'm ok with that.
    Today is the first day in quite a while with sun and low humidity. :happy069:
    Too bad it's going to be short-lived.
    The Myrsol AS has a lovely scent and a double-splash of the juice has left my
    skin feeling great.
