    Andrew, you were right; it’s a good razor, not quite as good as my VC4 or Shake Sharps, but still a solid shaver! It sure cleaned up nicely!

    If a straight shave is anything at all like shaving with a 77-a sized blade, it should be a very smooth transition; the hardest part will be keeping an edge :)

    Great report, Jeff! I'm curious to see whether or not the VC1 can hold up to your VC4 when it's got a Feather loaded in it. Can't wait to find out tomorrow :D

    Gorgeous photo, Jim--love that brush! Normally I shy away from banana scented anything, but your description of RB sounds like PAA nailed it. Very nice :D
