Rogue One: A Star Wars Story - I really like this movie with how it shows a different side of the Rebellion, that they aren't necessarily the "good guys." I would have redone the ending, but overall a good movie. Atlantic Rim - Yes you read that right. Not Pacific Rim, but Atlantic Rim. A low budget movie on Amazon. And I mean low. I've seen YouTube videos with better quality. This guy is in the Navy, and his rank is Captain, but the insignia isn't the Eagle, but the twin bars. Which is a Captain in every other service branch, but only a Lieutenant in the Navy. A Navy Captain is equivalent to a full bird Colonel. And other problems. But its plot is basically the same as Pacific Rim, a movie I thoroughly enjoy and can't wait for a second one.
My wife and I just finished watching Doctor Strange, and I gotta say, Marvel hit it out of the park with this one. I give it a strong 10/10. Very entertaining! Read my writing at https://www.smashwords.com/profile/view/ThatAaronGuy
Finding Dory with my 5 year old. It was pretty good. I didn't fall asleep. Sent from my XT1585 using Tapatalk
I loved that movie back in the day. I need to find and watch it again. Sent from my XT1585 using Tapatalk
Servants of Twilight (1991). Pretty typical early 90s horror flick. I give it a 6/10. At least it was entertaining and had a far better script and acting than Atlantic Rim. Tried to watch that earlier today, and 86ed it like 3 minutes in. Just couldn't handle it. There's a difference between bad movies and BAD movies. Watched it on Svengoolie tonight, not that bad. It did so-so at the theaters. Next week, Creature From The Black Lagoon.
Spiderman: Homecoming. Meh. Hit the right fanboy notes and none of the leads were even close to bad, but it was kinda lifeless to me. The first McGuire one was more enjoyable. Never saw that last remake series.
