Not really a movie but I just finished watching "Making a Murderer Pt. 2" last night and all I can say is WOW! That whole situation is messed up.
Well there's always the IAWL remake with Marlo Thomas and the two or three versions of "Miracle on 34th Street".
Ethel and Ernest is an animated story about a real life couple told by their son, a well known artist in the UK. A sweet, gentle story. My wife and I enjoyed it. Sent from my RS988 using Tapatalk
The Searchers, again. Always tear up a bit at "Let's go home, Debbie." Then tuned into part of Guess Who's Coming to Dinner, and Spencer Tracy is briefly shaving with a nickel handle Gillette, not a Slim. Odd since it's 1967 and I figured they'd shifted to the black handle at that point but whatever.
I was going to post about "The Searchers" bit you beat me to it. Before that, I watched "Fort Apache"
Watched The Wolf of Wall Street last night with my son. Probably the 5th or 6th time I've watched it all the way through and it makes me laugh hysterically every time. Why? Well, I first started working in 1984. First job was in NYC. So I understood the whole excitement of working in Manhattan. I also grew up on Long Island, where much of the movie took place, and I had lots of friends just like the guys who worked for Stratten Oakmont. But my favorite scene in the entire movie is the Lemmon 714 scene. i swear to god those things worked exactly as depicted in that scene. I didn't take them but friends of mine did and they were just as funny to watch as DiCaprio and Hill. "The Cerebral Palsy Phase" Insanely hilarious. And I can't forget about Margot Robbie. I'm chuckling even now.
