The movie and Tanya Roberts were terrible ..... Patrick Macnee and Grace Jones were great!

 

Two good documentaries though they directly oppose one another which makes it more confusing on the right way to go to better one’s health.

While I don't believe everything they have to say in "What the Health", this show was a major part of me changing the way I eat and going to an almost all plant based diet. Its ridiculous how much better I feel now! It's worth the watch!

 

Just saw Pacific Rim 2: Uprising

 

I tried telling my coworkers about What the Health today and now they think I’m a government conspiracy nut.

I haven't seen this in a while but I need to watch it again. Can't say how many times I've watched it but my wife thinks I'm nuts. She's probably right.

 

That is one hilarious movie. I have a copy that I won't lend to anyone! Good for major laughs.
