Finally saw The Raid 2 . Awesome film, can't really decide if it is better tha the first film but both are brilliant, original films wiht some of the best, craziest fight scenes ever. Also saw the second Captain America film, which I thought was way better than the first, a really good action film with a great storyæline. Unfortunatly i have seen the TV show Marvel agents of Sheild so I kind of had some idea of what was going to happen. I saw Divergent, now I must confess i thought this would be some teen romance film in the mould of Twilight, but it is a great Sci fi action film i was quite pleasentlky suprised. Finally I saw Anchorman 2 I haven't laughed that much in a long time. Hilarious film.
I am a big fan of those old Sherlock Holmes films, they have a nice charm about them, i also like the radio shows they did which you can listen to on Old Time Radio.
That is just a brilliant movie and it is probably the most insane, unpredictable, brilliant ending to a film.
I know I am missing something here, so i am just going to ask what the arrow is pointing to, cos i don't see anything of significance?
Just look at it this way "They weren't brung up right" They would rather have a slider instead of a "Filet Mignon"
It is a crying shame they don't make kids movies like Watership Down (1978) anymore. Oculus (2013) I think it had potential...
watership down is a horrible horrible children's film. I was one of the kids watching it when it first came out in the cinema and i remember all the children were crying because we couldn't understand why the good bunnies were being murdered by the bad bad bunnies. It was a Bunny bloodbath.
50, if my memory is correct. Paul Newman had a lot of great roles, I especially liked his early work.
I agree I really liked Somebody up there liked me and Cat on a hot tin roof. But some of his later stuff was good . The sting. Butch cassidy and the sun dance kid and the color of money almost forgot the hustler. He made some great films
Yeah, Hud, The Long, Hot Summer, Hombre. I really liked the chemistry between him and Joanne Woodward in The Long, Hot Summer. My favorites all seem to be pre-70's. He had a natural charisma and screen presence few actors have.
I took my shower and shaved, then I watched a DVD copy of "The Gallant Hours" 1960 James Cagney. Tomorrow after I get done with sending a couple of Notarized Documents to Forrest Lawn Cemetery in Glendale,Ca. I am going to watch "White Heat" James Cagney.
