I really didn't have any high hopes for this movie...but as a low-effort-watch I thought it delivered pretty well: Trailer:
The Vampire Bat (1933) Decent slightly eerie vampire movie. I've always liked this one for some reason. The Great Dictator Always Gould for a laugh.
The Thomas Crown Affair (1999) Pierce Brosnan, Rene Russo Decent movie not as good as the original with Steve McQueen and Faye Dunaway.
That is a fun movie. Another great original movie is The Taking of Pelham One Two Three. Fantastic movie. There was absolutely no need to redo it.
Saw this and loved it! It's a Sci-Fi mashup movie in 1970's style...but made in 2014. I thought it was brilliant especially if you've seen a lot of Sci Fi movies made in the 70's Trailer:
My girls found it on Netflix and watched it about 3 times in the last 2 days....needless to say I am sick of it. :S

A movie I think you need to be in the right mindset for to enjoy. I was a big fan of the first one and I think this one held its own pretty well. A great set of actors in it. Trailer:
I watched House of the Devil last night. It's a pretty good movie. A great take on the horror of the late 70's/early 80's.
Watched this one, it was significantly better than the first Purge movie that was...terrible. Trailer:
Wow I haven't watched this show since I was like 10-11. Now that I tried to watch this movie I remember why. I turned it off 1/4 of the way. I still enjoy immature vulgar comedy (I am a South Park fan) but this just isn't funny.
Pitch Black (2000). Not that this movie isn't entertaining but it exemplifies what is wrong with American movies which is why I mostly stick with foreign movies. It is extremely predictable and it feels like a dozen other movies.
I'm introducing my wife to the awesome movies she missed. So far both of these have been a huge hit!!
