About to re watch Guardians of the Galaxy since I haven't seen it all the way through. I think up for tonight will either be Whiplash or Foxcatcher

So Guardians was a pretty good movie

So Foxcatcher was a let down. I liked the acting but it was directed kind of strangely. I went online to read about it and the actually story it was based on and it seems like it's a pretty loose connection.

Watching one of my all time favorites, "High Fidelity" with John Cusack. Cracks me up every time.

Not at all what I was expecting. Good comedy though and it's available on Netflix

I first saw that movie with my mom. There were a few very cringe worthy moments.

John Wick was entertaining, as long as you didn't think think about it too much. I followed it with Jack Ryan Shadow Recruit, also entertaining but equally as implausible.

Not terrible. Kind of entertaining. My 7 year old daughter enjoyed it.

    Rise of the Guardians
Pretty good kids movie that I found enjoyable. Both of my girls loved it.

The largest, most complete T-rex fossil unearthed to date; she is named Sue, for Susan Hendrickson, the paleontologist who found the fossil.

My wife and I just finished the 1980's mini series "The Jewel in the Crown" about the end of British rule in India. The series was a bit too much of a soap opera for me, but the historical backdrop was interesting.

Draft Day. Somebody explain to me how the owner of the Browns goes from Radio City Music Hall in Manhattan after the Browns pick 1st, and is back in Cleveland when the Browns trade for the 6th pick. He did that in under an hour?!?! You can't give me "that's Hollywood" either.........

Great western and overall great movie

Defiance. Magnificent movie about Jews who fought against the Nazis in WWII. I enjoyed it so much I immediately downloaded the book on which it is based. Even though the book received amazing reviews, to me it reads more like a high school history report. I'll finish it, though; I want to separate the fact from fiction in the movie.

American Sniper, a few weeks ago. I read the book pretty soon after it came out, and I really liked both. I thought the movie ran pretty close to the book, both really hammering home the difficulties endured by armed services personnel and their families.
