Last movie you watched?

Saw Night Moves. It's very different as you have to think about what's going on. A very good film.

 

Also watched Focus with Will Smith. It's fun and entertaining.

 

I watched The Timber. I'm still trying to figure out what it was about...

 

Not heard of that film. Is it any good?

 

Took my five year old grandson to the theater last Saturday.... Alvin and the Chipmunks... Road Chip. Good bonding. Cute movie for kids.

I don't think so, I watched it this morning on Netflix and it made no sense. The ending was well

 

I took both my kids to the new Star Wars, they loved it and I was pretty entertained.

 

I'll think I'll give it a miss then.

 

The wife finally caved in I mean er.. she realised I'm the man of the house and...who am i kidding. SWMBO caved in and is taking me to see the new Star Wars film and in 3d. I'm really looking forward to it.
Only one tiny problem. I've been carefully avoiding all spoilers for this film. I had a nap but left the Joe Rogan podcast playing and awoke to hear a major spoiler. Thats a bit annoying.

 

You mean there's another chipmunk film I have to see . Another of the many sacrifices you make being a Dad.

 

A tear jerker that can induce nightmares, "Still Alice" is well worth watching.

 

This should have been called "Mother-in-Law" then.

 

Have you seen The Timber? I guess I'll have to rewatch it.

 

I haven't seen the Timber. Your post made me laugh though because I felt the same way watching Lord of the Rings. Ha!

Just saw Slither. A funny horror film. It reminded me of the horror movies of the eighties.

 

There's only one REALLY big spoiler in the film. If that one is spoiled, then, that just sucks. The film is worth it anyway. I would say easily the third to second best of the Star Wars franchise.

 

Galaxy Quest.

 

Good film with the late great Alan Rickman.
