I need some suggestions. My boss is about to retire and we are not sure what to get him. He is interested in American history (cowboys and indians,Alamo etc). Budget I think will be about £70 at a guess. In dollars that is about $100 (I don't know what the exchange rate is).
There is a magazine called Cowboys and Indians. Maybe a gift subscription: https://www.cowboysindians.com/subscribe/give-as-gift.jsp Here's a framed print called "End of Day" http://www.lonestarwesterndecor.com/sd3116pf.html Kind of appropriate for retirement. Just some thoughts.
As an aside, from watching "Are You Being Served?", I thought the standard retirement gift was a cookoo clock
I was going to suggest a Native American Made Blanket Pendleton Brand but those things are like 200 USD. maybe that magazine is not a bad Idea. http://www.pendleton-usa.com/produc...DLE-BLANKET/166503/sc/1769/c/1823/pc/1816.uts thats the cheapest one on the site I think.
A simple example, you could always look for something a little sharper or fancier but a pocket watch is always a solid in my opinion. http://www.teamwatches.com/ncaa-college-watches/wyoming-cowboys-watches/WYCPWATCHSSNT
