Great idea! But you may want to wait until after Christmas to send the package to the first winner. The post office becomes quite a hassle as we approach the holiday.

 

Same here. A free razor and soap should be well worth the cost of mailing a package, just as long as you advertise it so people aren't surprised.

 

I would imagine so—so long as it isn't under the Freebie section. This is under discussion by the mods, so don't quote me.

No worries. I could post it in 'General' as a Grab Box maybe, not use the word PIF and clearly state that the winner will have to send it on to the next person.
Let me know what the mods decide and I'll obviously respect that outcome.

 

Just a thought, winner one could pick first the objects that would be mailed to him, winner 2 would pick 2nd, etc. That way the winner avoids the steepest shipping cost (the box is more heavy than after the 2nd winner removes more items from it) and anyone who does not wish to try an item (eg he already owns it) doesn't have to receive it simply to pass it forward.

Only downside I guess is the OP has to assume all shipping costs, which would probably add up!

Great idea but I am not conus so not in, unless Darkbulb's super sweet lather catcher somehow fell into the box. Then I might have to temporarily move to the States so I can join in.
Come to think of it, is this Conus only?
