Lime aftershave recommendations

I'm very curious about Stirling's Lime aftershave. I've never tried it and haven't seen many, if any, mentions. If it's anything like the other scents, I would think it would be an outstanding lime scent. My Stirling Lemon and Orange are so good you'd think they've got the whole citrus fruit thing down pat I bet lol.

 

I've also been contemplating this as well. I do have their lime and black pepper set and that smells awsome. I'm kind of thinking about getting the Royal Lime next

I had the Lime as a sample once. I liked it, but I should have chosen it in the summer. Might be worth a purchase some summer, with Menthol thrown in. It would help me work down my Razorock Lime Burst 3x milled soap.

 

I get mostly Orange from 4711... I find it fades very fast

 

razorock essential lime is great stuff.

 

Anyone care to describe t&h lime in terms of scent a nd longevity? Is the scent true to the cream? At that price point im hesitant

 

Agree on the soap. Easy lathering, great scent to my nose, Good shaving soap. Triple milled Italian and quite inexpensive per ounce.
They aren't making an AS yet..?

 

the aftershave is awesome stuff .straight lime ..the soap is good as well..

 

I have the cream but for the cost of the as i can get / try many others

Black Ship Grooming makes a Lime that they call Captain Scurvy, and another Lime Bay Rum called Black Beard. I've gotten the Black Beard soap sample from Maggards but they don't have samples of the Aftershave. Does anyone have any input on these?

 

Haven't tried that scent but the Black Ship splash I do have (Thomas Tew) feels and smells great. Lasts a decently long time.

 

I have a bottle of the old spice lime that I enjoy. I'm not a big fan of lime but the old spice version is one I like.

 

I have a few of the Aqua Velva Lime ones as well. I really like them. But the Aqua Velva Menthol Mist is also a really good citrus scent, and I kinda like it better.

Also the Hai Karate Lime is good, albeit difficult to find for a good price....

 

Huh... those are all new to me. I need to step up my vintage AS game!

 

I may have to try putting some menthol in Avon lime or Pinaud lime.

 

I'm a fan of Pinaud Lime Sec and Citrus Musk. Price is right. And the scents are awesome. Two of my favorites, especially in the summer.

 

Just recently got Stirling Lime AS w/menthol. I like it but I sense more of an artificial candy like smell. Pleasant but nowhere near as long lasting as the lemon and orange types.

 

Their lime is ok not great. I agree but the lemon got put away after i was told i smelled like pledge.

 

I like Wholly Kaw Lav Submlime it just restocked after having given my last puck to my father.
