    Jenkins is the brand I buy also.Now I am going to have to try the livermush.The Ingles grocery store chain has both -scrapple and livermush.Maybe I should get both and do a write up on the differences and similarities......Food writer of obscure pork products!A new career beckons.

    Fried some up. Stunk up the room something fierce (they oughta warn you) but the flavor was quite good with eggs...like a very very mild sausage. Daughter was horrified looking at the block but reluctantly tried it, and liked it. Will be a regular item here.

    My Scot-Irish forebears subsisted on liver, stomach, potatoes and whiskey and we have no more compiled genetic defects than almost any other group, thank ye verra much.
