I haven't yet read that but I saw the headlines. I thought it was going to have a real sad ending. OK, I'll give it a go.

How could I not have the little guy for my avatar?!!! We have three rescue cats, one is in my lap right now.

 

Thank you for rescuing all 3. (I always thank people who rescue animals-it kind of got in me to do that(thank people)since my trip to Best Friends Animal Sanctuary in Utah a few years ago. What fun that was! Best Friends holds annual Conferences and I hope to go to one before long. It's in LA this year.

 

We just have to feel sorry for someone who does not enjoy the task amd move along.

 

Looks like the makings of a clown shaving brush.

 

I like the looks of many new brushes, but when I get close to purchasing one, I see one that needs rescuing. It's like seeing a pure bred cat or dog and saying how beautiful they are, but feeling the need to save the unwanted old dog or cat from being put down.

I often feel my home is like the SPCA for brushes. I repair, re-knot, and polish them up for a new life in a new home. It's the SPCB.

 

I'm surprised they haven't mixed the colors.
