Hi all finally back from London. When I work away it's safe to safe to say I'm out of contact. That being said I've done my share so I'm not going away for a while now, meaning I can get focused again. I'm on for an early dart today so to celebrate I am going to revisit the dreaded GSB, this shave will be its last chance!

Wonderful shave. The BB razor is automatic. I really enjoy using it, great balance and weight. Retro Spice does everything I want a soap to do and some! All my soaps going forward will need to meet Route 66 quality. I love the Retro Spice balm! I'll be shaving my head later today with the same software.

So it looks like Winter isn't ready to go just yet. DFS today, close to a BBS. Missed the water soap mix a bit today. I was in to much of a hurry.

 

I doubt it's killing SRAD. You just have the opportunity to refine your want list, rather than the Shotgun approach so many of us use. Want to focus on Sheffield Steel? German Blades only? Seven Day set? By 2017 you will have your research done and can come shooting out of the gate to get exactly what you want.

I'm starting the hand switching tonight, I was going to last night but unexpected company arrived. My left hand has a mind of its own so it's going to be interesting

 

I have pointed out to my wife that by focusing on American made razors, I am actually saving money compared to English, German, or custom razors. So far that's not working either.

I just shaved my head. I received a jar of Mystic Water Jeff's Lavender so I decided to use it on my head.
One of the easiest soaps I've ever lathered! I don't get what everyone says about how difficult this soap is to lather, I started off with my normal damp synthetic brush and went to the puck. Added water as needed and shaved my head.
Jeff's Lavender is fantastic! Strong, spicy, nice.
Don't let a soap hold you back from trying it because of what the internet says.
