    Early morning shave with a lunchtime post. Everything worked well together to deliver a near perfect BBS shave. I had one weeper due to my error. I hope everyone has a great Wednesday

    Danny, you know we have your back! One more thing, this "newbie" has just acquired his first near wedge 7/8 vintage razor. It is my 10th straight in my den. 5 of my straights are square points, 2 are Spanish points and the final 3 are round points. That's not bad for someone who has only been traditional straight shaving only 4 months. I say this not to boast, but to illustrate that straight shaving can be conquered.

    As you know, I use a Dovo shavette so if you need any advice with it let me know. I have used the half DE blades, the Dovo long blade and the Personna hairshaper blade that use the red, black and green inserts, respectively.
