Yes, that was the three hole carbon steel. I've never run across the stainless blade but I'd give it a go just to see how it compares.

 

My mom went on a lower sodium diet to get off the blood pressure meds. It worked and the doctor discontinued the prescription with it's side effects. She kept up the lowered sodium diet. Messed up her electrolytes balance. Now she takes salt tablets to make up for the low sodium diet...

 

I love lamb. Lamb stew, lamb chops, rack of lamb, lambburger....anything associated. Also Stirling mutton tallow soaps, of course. I love goat as well, though I normally have that as a goat biryani from a good Indian restaurant. Lamb biryani is also quite good.

 

I think, though, to be perfectly balanced that way you'd have to stand on one foot.

No goat meat available at the meat markets here in Mayberry. Atlanta has halal shops that kept it fresh but I never tried it. Now I'd have to purchase the whole goat. And "process" it from on the hoof to the kitchen. Wouldn't be my first rodeo...

 

We have a Jamaican jerk place here in Indy that has goat curry on Wednesdays. So good. And the chicken is to die for. It's the opposite corner of town, about as far as you can get from me and still be in Indianapolis. But I make special trips there often.

 

Texas has cabrito festivals....could be a fun road trip!!
